How can I make changes or corrections to the order I just placed?
Most orders are shipped within 2 days of receipt, so time is of the essence. E-mail us
as soon as possible at customerservice@learningisfun.com. In your e-mail, indicate the
Receipt # of your order and the change or correction needed. We will handle it from
there. If we are unable to make the change in your order, we will e-mail you.
How can I update my mailing list or e-mail information?
Simply click “My Account” on the frame of any page of our website and enter the changes you wish to make. If you prefer, you can also e-mail us at
customerservice@learningisfun.com. Indicate the changes or updates you wish to make
and we will take it from there.
My school/organization is sales tax exempt, but my e-mail order confirmation shows tax being charged. Do I need to contact you?
No. If your school or organization has a sales tax exemption certificate on file with us, the sales tax will be deleted at invoicing. Just indicate in the Order Notes section that your order is sales tax exempt.
If you are a new account from Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, or Washington, please fax us a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate, from your state, if applicable.
I understood Gift Cards would be shipped free of charge. Why does a shipping
charge appear on my e-mail order confirmation?
Our current system adds shipping charges automatically on all orders up to $250.
The shipping fee will be deleted at invoicing.
How will I know that Learning is Fun has received my order?
We will send you an e-mail order confirmation after you submit your order. Included in
the confirmation will be a summary of your order and a receipt number. If you ever need
to call us about your order, have the receipt number available.
When and how will my order be shipped?
Over 98% of our orders are shipped within 2 days of receipt via United States Postal Service or FedEx Ground (at our discretion). Depending on where you live, most orders should arrive within 7 to 10 days.
Do you offer express delivery?
We do not offer express delivery at this time.
Can my school/organization make purchases on account?
Schools and organizations with established store charge accounts with us can order on
account from our website. Enter a PO # in the Order Notes section if it applies.
How does my school/organization open a store charge account with Learning is
Fun?
Simply request an application by e-mailing us at customerservice@learningisfun.com. Fax or mail us the
completed form along with your sales tax exempt certificate, if applicable, if you are in AZ, NM, NV, or WA.
Your web order will be held pending approval of the application. If you want your items
right away, you can pre-pay with a credit card and use the store charge account for future orders.
Can individuals purchase “on account?”
Learning is Fun does not offer store charge accounts for individuals at this time.
How will I be notified of any backordered items?
Most orders do not involve backorders. However, when they occur, you will be notified
by e-mail when we begin to process your order. We will ship the in-stock items on your order right away. We will bill you for the backordered items when available (usually
within 1-3 weeks) and ship them to you at no additional shipping charge.
You can also tell us your preference in the Order Notes section of the shopping cart:
- Ship immediately and backorder out-of-stock item(s).
- Ship order when complete.
- No backorders accepted.
How do I purchase or redeem a Learning is Fun Gift Card?
You can purchase and redeem Gift Cards online, in our retail stores, by mail, by fax, or by calling our Customer Service Department at 702-876-5437 (press 1) or
800-290-5437 (press 1).
When redeeming your Gift Card online, first complete your credit card information.
Then, enter your Gift Card number in the Order Notes section. Your Gift Card will be
billed first. If the value of your Gift Card is less than the total of your web order, the balance will be charged to your credit card.
Learning is Fun Gift Cards do not have expiration dates. Neither do they devalue over
time.
Is everything you carry in your stores on your website?
We have over 5,000 of our 15,000 products listed on our website, and hundreds
more are added monthly.
Do you accept international orders?
Not at this time.
Do you accept orders to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We measure the shipping time as the time it will take for your order to reach the
centralized APO/FPO address. Final delivery is subject to terms and conditions set up by
APO/FPO services and may take longer.
I prefer not to order on the web. How else can I submit an order to you?
We also accept orders by phone, fax, or mail. Printable order forms
are available on this website or by request from Customer Service. Using this form, list the items you want and place the order the way you prefer.
How will I be notified if there is a problem with my order?
You will be notified by e-mail. In some instances, you may be asked to call our toll-free
Customer Service number to resolve the problem.
Do you have a catalog?
We no longer publish a catalog. We are encouraging our customers to visit this website and use it as a catalog, since it offers thousands more items than a print catalog. Website products and pricing are current, and sales are offered monthly.
What is Learning is Fun’s return policy?
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Learning is Fun.

Will I be charged state sales tax?
State sales tax is charged only for shipments to AZ, NM, NV, and WA. Fax a copy of
your school or organization’s state sales tax certificate to us, if one is not already on file, and no sales tax will be charged.
